Our comprehensive program covers punching, kicking, throwing, submission grappling and weapons. For Adults, we offer SAMBO (also called CAMBO) a Russian Style of martial arts consisting primarily of Judo and Submission Grappling. For Children and Teenagers, we offer age appropriate classes in a traditional martial arts environment that includes Karate, kickboxing and CAMBO.

Testing Week! Hope everyone had a spectacular 3-day weekend, but now it’s time to get to work. Testing will be this Friday, June 2nd. Testing applications are due TUESEDAY and WEDNESDAY – ONLY! If you don’t normally come to class on those days, please take the time to stop by and turn in your application. Testing times will be posted on Thursday, June 1st. Please check back then! After this test we head into summer! It’s going to be outstanding!

3-Day Weekend! Monday is Memorial Day, we will be closed for all classes in celebration. Next Friday, June 2, is testing for children and teens. Please remember that testing applications will need turned in on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Wednesday! Really pushing this week to prepare all children and teens for testing! Remember, not everyone tests every time, so if you’re not ready, simply keep working. The goal is not how fast you get through the belts; the goal is how well you get through the belts.Memorial Day is Monday May 29. We will be closed that day. Testing is Friday June 2. Be ready to get testing applications in on Tuesday and Wednesday next week!

Couple of things to kick off this week! First, we are 2-weeks out from the next test for children and teens. Time to put that last-minute polish on your training.
